erewards bug?
 

everytime i try to do one of the "earn now" redemption options, i get taken to a page that states

" IMPORTANT - If the website or data entry page for this Earn Now Offer was not displayed in a new window then a pop-up blocker may be preventing you from completing this offer. In order to proceed with the Earn Now Offer and receive your e-Rewards for responding, you must first temporarily disable your pop-up blocker or add e-Rewards to the pop-up blocker's "Allow" list.

I am using firefox and have tried turning off my pop up blocker and adding erewards to the allowed list...still nothing...i put in the exact url of the site...still nothing...anyone have this problem?

What Firefox plug-ins are you using? You could try disabling them one at a time to see if they're the cause.

I had problems with firefox.Used another browser tonight and it worked fine.

i tried using internet explorer...same message...any other sugestions?

I have to temporarily disable my Norton Internet Security to be able to process the earn now offers.

Are you using firewall software?

disabled my firewall...working now, thanks
