Same is true in the DC Metro area.

I've had them take expired coupons in Minnesota. My sister in CT also gives them expired coupons regularly.

They'll also take up to 5 coupons per transaction. (And if there's no line, they'll have no problem breaking your sale up into more than 5 transactions!)

My sister keeps a stack of their coupons in her car, in case she ever needs something there. She keeps both the 20% off coupons and the $5 off $15 coupons - and mixes and matches what will get her the best deal.
