Mine said "4 to 6 weeks"...i signed up for it, with my correct zip code, will see if it comes with "ca" as the state.

I LOVE In-N-Out Burger...we will be in SF in June and will eat there with or without coupon!

I'm pretty sure when I originally signed up, there was no mention on the site about California residency, nor one per household while supplies last (nor was there anything about 4-6 weeks by mail). Now the site has all those disclaimers. So unless I just missed the disclaimers at the beginning of the offer, I signed up for a coupon for both myself and my wife before there were any disclaimers, and we live outside CA. I wonder if we'll get any coupons.
