I get a laugh out of their surveys asking if I have sole responsibility for purchasing IT, hardware, communications--whatever. Do they honestly think someone in a company that large with sole purchasing authority would be taking the time to respond to e-Rewards for $5, $7, $75 of their "money"? Not to mention the time spent trying to get them to post what they promised you'd get for taking their surveys.

I received the invitation this morning for the $75 survey. When I attempted to access the survey ...I got the following error message: (the e-Rewards page with Begin Survey or whatever it says loaded)
"Sorry, but this survey is currently undergoing service and has been temporarily closed. Please check back later" Hopefully they'll fix the problem and open it back up so I can get some more blockbuster coupons :) -Chris |
