From the FAQ:

Q. What does OEM stand for?
A. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) software includes all essential components of Microsoft Retail products excluding support from Microsoft. Retail version comes in a fancy box, OEM does not. You will receive installation CDs only (no original retail packing). Although OEM software does not come with a box or a manual, it is the typical and actual software, no trial or demo versions.

Q. Am I purchasing some academic or trial software?
A. No, all software is fully functional and you'll get a FULL version of a product you ordered, not a trial one and will be able to use it indefinitely.
Looks okay to me. Who uses the manuals, anyway?

I guess they are in Russia:

Q. What will be reflected on my card statement?
A. The charged payment will be reflected on your card statement in the currency of the country where the bank is geographically located (namely in RUR (Russian rubles). The charged amount may also vary to some extent due to the difference in the currency exchange (approx. +/- $3).

There is also no phone number to contact them. I would have second thoughts.....

Even if it was OEM sofware (and its not, I'm sure its just pirated), the software companies require OEM software to be sold with OEM equipment, for example you have to buy a computer with the software bundled with it. This is a scam for sure.

Did the research...

In care you are interested I resolved the domain names to an ip address then did a whois to figure out who it is... It is an IP address located in China, owned by China Telecom.. personally I wouldn't trust software website based in China... Don't let the fact they "use ssl" fool you.. I use ssl on my own personal website (for which I don't pay hosting fees), SSL does secure your connection, but it is no means a an accreditation to a website... As follows is the ip whois look up info...
