E-rewards to Hilton
 
It took less than 30 seconds for my transfer to post. I initiated the transfer from e-rewards and immediately used miletracker to check my hilton account. On the first attempt it showed the 3000 points.

That is the way it should work.

I can't tell if mine took less than 30 secs.

... It took me much more than 30 secs to get Hilton's web site to come up.

Can you do this twice in a row - $100 in e-rewards for 6,000 Hilton points?

No. You have to wait 90 days (may be 3 month?) to redeem another E-rewards to Hilton.
