New E-poll Rewards Store

On 7/11/03, I received an email (posted below) from E-poll indicating they would have a new way to earn rewards on 8/1/03. Did I miss something? Is there a new link? Going to their website, I see no changes...

Dear E-Poll Member,

Your points are being refunded so you can shop in our new E-Poll Rewards Store. The grand opening is August 1st!

Things are happening here at E-Poll that we hope will greatly improve your experience. We will have a new system for you to get your rewards quicker and easier. You will be able to shop and redeem your reward using our new shopping cart. Plus we will have new reward offerings including online rewards with gift codes delivered instantly to your email inbox.

We are refunding your points to your account that were previously submitted under the old system. Check back after August 1st to shop in the new E-Poll Rewards Store.

Thank you,

E-Poll Customer Care

Looks like the changed the date to "early August". This is posted on their website:

"Redeeming Rewards at the E-Poll Rewards Store

E-Poll has a new rewards store coming in early August! In the near future, you will be able to redeem your points using our new online store. Cash in your points for great rewards and shop with ease!"

Oh great. With their lousy reputation, that probably means August 2007.

This site is totally worthless. So worthless , in fact, that I'm not clear why I even wasted the time on this post!

Check it out now - they have a new list of rewards and a check out online system.

I decided to finally cash out my epoll points redeemed an award on their website this morning for a Target gift card. We'll see if they actually deliver this time or if this "store" is just another front for merchandise they advertise but can never fulfull as we've seen in the past.

I'll believe it when I see the gift card in my mailbox, whenever that will be. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/rolleyes.gif

I had requested an amazon certificate 2 months ago, and amazon is not on their list anymore. I called yesterday to ask if they would still be sending it out, and they said that they would still honor the old requests. I had the certificate in my email before the end of the day. Way to go, epoll.

Two months after trying to get an award through the store, I sent an email and
got this response:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we haven't forgotten about you.
Rewards are normally delivered within 6-8 weeks, however there may be
times when a backlog creates an extended wait. Although there is no
current estimated time of shipment, please be assured that we are
diligently working to get all pending rewards out as quickly as
possible."

Is there any phone number or valid email that I can contact e-poll? I redeemed my e-poll reward over 2 months but still got nothing from e-poll.
I tried to contact e-poll via [email protected], however, I received an automated email response mentioning e-poll will NOT reply any email via [email protected].
It seems like there is no way to contact epoll now.

Let us know if you find anything out by calling. But you can email them by:

Click on
"Contact Us"
Then "E-poll Help Center"
Then "E-poll rewards"
Then "more"
Then "Question still not answered?
Contact E-Poll Customer Care"

Of course, I'm not saying they'll do anything, just they'll probably answer you like they did me.

The best thing to do is just ignore this company.

Trust me....they'll go away...

I must be the only person on this planet who received an award from E-Poll in about a week. I ordered a Home Depot gift card & it came immediately. This was about 1-2 months ago.
