1500 AA miles for AT&T Wireless users

In my AAdvantage eSummary, there is a link to get 1500 AA miles if you use Recurring Electronic Funds Transfer (REFT) to pay your AT&T Wireless monthly bill. Must sign up by April 30, 2003.

Thanks! I'll sign up.
Did you see the fine print on the bottom of page 1: "Please see the bottom of Page 2 for important information".
There is no PAGE 2!

I saw that too, but I have no idea where page 2 is.

Is recurring EFT from your checking account or can it also be from a credit card?

I think it's only from a checking or savings account.

Does anyone have a valid link for this offer? The one above isn't working anymore. I previously deleted my AAdvantage Esummary before I had the chance to sign up. Thanks!

WARNING - AT&T is playing games

I did not get the 1,500 AA miles. Got this rather "funny" e-mail from AT&T!?!

Thank you for contacting AT&T Wireless regarding your American Airlines promotional offer.

We reflect that your account was signed up for the Recurring Electronic Funds payments on 02/21/03. This was before the promotional offer was activated which was on 03/03/03. However, if this has been completed correctly then, you would contact American Airlines to access your account. Unfortunately, AT&T Wireless does not have access to the airline accounts or another option to view status. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The number to contact American Airlines is 1-800-882-8880.
