my e-reward email is drying
I haven't received any email or survey from the company since Feb. 2003. I haven't done anything in Feb. except editing to broaden my preference. Anyone can tell me why?
|
While I have gotten fewer of them, I have gotten a $20 one and just last week a $15 one from them, so they are still out there. Frankly, I prefer doing fewer of them for way more money.

Nothing since last year. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

me too. Got my balance up to $50 than nothing.

Hubby is one thin dime away from $75.00. Want to redeem for HHonors. No offers in 2 weeks!
|
nothing for me in over 2 weeks
|
Nothing since early Feb. I have never gotten an email for over $1. Bummer
|
luckily I had just redeemed $250.00 in erewards. This year has been phenomenal for me. Moreover my wife also had a great year. She cashed out at $50.00.

Interesting, I edited my profile in Feb as well and that was the last survey I got. ------------------ "A day without Points/Miles is like a day without SUNSHINE" |

She volunteered no further information, and no suggestions to increase volume except to update my profile, but no specific hints. Can anyone share specific examples of how they increased their e-Rewards? Any particular profile entries? Any particularly good e-mails come your way that seem to be targetted at a certain demographic? If not, we'll just have to wait, and maybe when the economy gets better so will e-Rewards. Same here, maybe one a week.
Shame, because I like the rewards and want to build my balance. OTOH, if it's not profitable for them... |
I have gotten a handful of e-mails this year. I complained (via e-mail) about losing points at the end of the month (I only have $23.50). One of the responses mentioned checking with your ISP to see if they are blocking mass e-mail. I changed my e-mail from AOL to another account and received an e-rewards offer a few minutes ago. So, this "trick" of changing e-mail accounts may be useful to others.

I can verify that the owners of email sites do block email from erewards. My friend was not receiving anything from erewards so we sent a test message with an erewards return address. Sure enough it did not arrive. When questioned they (www.prontomail.com) claimed others had been getting SPAM from erewards and they blocked it! They would not override the block so she could receive ereward's email. Erewards would not get involved. Had to change to another email service. She lost about five dollars in earnings.

Just got two emails in the last two days, bringing my total from 47.05 to 48.55. The suspense is killing me! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I got a $10 reward last week, and a couple of .50 centers this week, bringing me just shy of $48.
Is everyone still of the mindset to spend their balance by March 31, or are people going to just assume/risk that the full balance will be there on April 1? |
