Kellogg's Kquestion
 

I recently sent in two cereal coupons as well as the onetime only 300 Mile bonus I found out about through this site, you went to a link and then printed it out and sent it with the two other coupons and recived 500 miles. Today I checked AA.com and it said
01/17/03 AADVANTAGE --KELLOGG CEREAL 2002 200 0 200
Why did I recive only 200 instead of 500? Does it take longer to process the Printed page and will I recive the other 300 miles later?
I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I wasn't sure if it was SPAM or AA

The same thing happened to me, I'd even drafted a letter to AAdvantage and Kelloggs. Then, lo and behold, the 300 points posted 2 days later, but with a posting date listed as 5 DAYS EARLIER!!! It seems AAdvantage wants to make a note of the 300 point coupon on its (our) account by distinguishing it from the points collected from actual cereal boxes. I would be patient, as another poster on another board also saw a time lag between the posting for the 200 points (which happened to them first as well) and the 300 points from the coupon.

Ditto on the posting. My 200 pts (Kelloggs) were posted and one day later my 300 pts (AA) were posted. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Now I have a question, I received my email update from AA and they were offering a 200 AAward Coupon inconjunction with 3 100 Kelloggs Mile Cetificates for 500 more miles can we do both?
