I am getting frustrated with their tactics. I am nearing the point of cancelling my account.

Do you mean Cost > Benefit? Are you counting the thrill of the chase as a benefit?

Appears to be gone from Pets as of 11:55 am PT.

I am unsure what cost is associated with getting 5 free Hilton points. I do not spend alot of time looking through their site each day but when I see that max is somewhere I try to click through and find him. He usually seems to be in a somewhat logical place. Before pets he was in automotive while they were promoting Fathers Day. I would still be going to the site as I try and buy things online that end up cheaper or the same if I get points thrown in for free. What is frustrating is getting the big point offers posted correctly the first time.

I had thought that it was supposed to work that way but it seems like it never works for me. Just as I have had to learn to go to the page Max is on and then click a link then hit back for him to appear. Refresh and all the other logical things never seems to work but this.

Sorry about the <> mix-up.

My frustration has resulted from a two month stint of emails that has been slow to get me anywhere closer towards the redemption request orginally made. If I cannot redeem, then why earn?

In fairness, they have apologized and offerred a path to resolution. I guess I am jaded due to the hassle. It is good that most others do not seem to be having trouble.

anyone notice that max always disappears over the weekend?

He either disappears or stays put in same shop all weekend.
