Remember, we want to keep the Yahoo list for first sightings, bonus point appearances, etc. Any "I got 5 pts too" or "Yay I (the tenth person today) got 1000 pts!" should stay here on Flyertalk. I thought this group would not send out I got 5 points...yada yada...but would just let you know where points are, when the amount changes, and when they are gone.

Just got him for 250 in Children's. 2:35 p.m. PST

Still there at 10:18 EST (but I got him for only 5 points http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif )

Finally worth 5 pts in Quicklist (rather that the "Sorry..." message everyone was getting earlier)

After getting several errors about "already earning 5 points" today (when I really didn't), MAX just gave me my 5 points in Quicklist at 11:45AM MST.

On the 14th I found Max for 250 pts, and then tonight my accounts posted 500 pts for that date and time, anyone else find this?

Max is still in Quicklist by Merchant for 5 points.

Max is no longer in Megastores.

I'm new at the whole MyPoints gig. But I finally figured out this Max thing the other day. Thanks. And if this post should be put somewhere else, please show me where.

Since nobody has sighted Max since he disappeared from Megastores yesterday afternoon, I've got two questions:
1 - How long does Max disappear for regularly?
2 - How do you guys find him? Do you just click on every durn page on the site? Kudos to you if that's the answer. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

He takes the weekends off, and sometimes doesn't appear on Monday or Friday. It's irregular - I think they sometimes forget aout it.

I occasionally will check all the links in Mypoints Shopping, but most the time I just look at these threads. If the internet is quick, it doesn't take that long on a 100Mb connection to check for him.

Hope you catch him the next time he's worth 1000. I've gotten it twice so far.
