so.........how do you get all 4 to post to one mp account when it requires different email addresses each time?

When you pass through from My Points you are actually still in their virtual browser. Once completed, it knows who you are and adds the points. Just to be sure, click on the "collect MyPoints" link twice and you will see your name in the box the second time.
