mypoints only blank screen

I need help with mypoints. When I click on some email, or on MAX, I only get a blank browser window and an icon on the bottom of IE window which looks like a yellow caution sign. I emailed member services at mypoints, but their replies have not helped me. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
