milesource not responding to emails
 

Hey guys
Anyone getting squat for replies from milesource?
I redeemed for giftcertificates in May and I've emailed them several times since then to find out the status, and they've been dead silent.
Sounds like finally they are definitely running out of money so they don't want to pay up. (like many have said in the past, they are going bankrupt).

Also had faxed them at 212 629 3369.

Service is very slow from them, but I did get my redemption.

I have been trying to get them to post miles to my account for making a large purchase at Apple On-Line Store in November!!! No joy! I now have another one from Tower Records that they seem to be ignoring as well!

I think I am done with this site!
