Mother's Day Flowers

Ok all you S.P.A.M. gurus, I'm new to this points game and can't figure out which site hac the best deal for points for flowers for mothers day. My goal is for AAdvantage 1st, Hilton 2nd, and Starwood points 3rd (possibly via Amex MR. Where should I go? Goldpoints, Mypoints, anyotherkindofpoints.com? Thanks, Amanda

I received an email from GoldPoints regarding a 100 point per $1 Mother's Day bonus:

Use this link:

http://rewards.goldpoints.com/Key=21701.C8Cc.D.NBGqVj

Here's the description:

Earn 100 Gold Points® per dollar at FTD.COM®!
* Offer good April 24th - May 15th.

Not sure if it's the best offer in town, but thought it was good enough to post anyway

Goldpoints has a promo for 100 points per dollar right now at FTD.com. As long as you're signed up with Goldpoints through Radisson, that equals 25 miles per dollar. That's 4 cents per mile -- not too bad if you are buying the flowers anyway.

I agree with DHACKER! My mother is getting her flowers thru goldpoints. A great deal I think!

Actually, it's even better if you are redeeming Gold Points for AA miles. Remeber that you also get a 500 miles bonus when you redeem 6000 GPs. I.e., 6000 GP = 1500 + 500 = 2000 miles.

(I don't know if any other mileage program gives this bonus.)

gsw, I think the bonus ended a week or two ago. I didn't receive it on my latest transfer on 4-16. Others report the same.

Paradocs, thanks for the update, although it's not news that I wanted to hear. I was just about to convert some GPs to AA miles. However, the lack of the bonus alters my strategy.

Thanks for posting this. I called them and they did confirm the code also Advanatage Gold members get an additional 100 mile bonus, Plats get 200.
Since like the best deal around considering the uncertainty regarding Goldpoints.
