2001 and 2002 Kellogs coupons

Has anyone had any success submitting a combination of Kellogs coupons that expired 11/30/2001 and coupons that will expire 11/30/2002? I just found a couple of the 2001 coupons under a pile on my desk. (I really should clean it more often!)

Both the 2001 and 2002 coupons are supposed to be mailed to the same PO Box.

And how about those bonus 100 mile certificates that you could email and include one in a pack of five from boxes, are those still ok? I haven't tried one lately.

Lots of people on the AA board have posted that their certificates were returned when they sent in expired ones. It seems a waste, especially when the line on the certificate states "good until xxxx xx, 2001 or until supplies are exhausted". If one can still buy products with expired certificates, it seems to me the supply isn't exhausted. I've tried several times to explain this to them, but they won't hear of it. You could try sending them in (don't mix new ones with these...you'll lose them) and see what happens. Good luck.

I only have two of the 2001s, so if they're being rejected by Kellogs, I'll probably just pitch them.

I received a postcard from the AA/Kelloggs fulfillment center back in November or so, saying that effective 1/1/02 coupons could not be submitted in increments greater than 1,000 miles at a time, that additional coupons would not be returned, that expired coupons would not be accepted or returned, and a maximum number of miles (200,000) could be redeemed from 1/1/02-1/31/03 through this promotion.

(Edited to update maximum number of miles and time limit to submit them.)

"and that's their final answer!"
Thanks for passing it along!

The maximum number was 200,000.
