This site is back and running. Having been previously registered got an e-mail to reactivate my account and reinstitute my points. You can already earn a few points for visiting sites and I received my 1st e-mail for points. The site is not fully running yet but will give points for e-mail, surveys, shopping etc.

If you were previously registered go to the site and reactivate your account, I believe by Nov 30 and retain points previously earned.

Now that the site is back up and has referral and points information available, it looks like either a number of people who joined up originally haven't re-activated their accounts or the site hasn't processed them properly.
