Anyone already get one? According to the web site they are ready, and although details of the airline offers are flimsy, they do show that on both CO and NW a discount of 5-15% can be yours.

Thank you very much for supplying this link! I was about to order this from barnesandnoble.com for $25 plus shipping (because it was cheaper than entertainment.com price when you included shipping).

But, with the link above, it gave me my edition of the book for only $20 and shipping was FREE! Whooaaa!

Argh, just a few days late for me. I paid 'sticker' (retail) price for three books on Thursday. Got them yesterday (2 business days on regular shipping, pretty nice).
