Apple Computer and Points?

Does anyone know of any site that you can buy an Apple Computer from and earn points and/or miles?

Thanks!

Do you have a Circuit City store around you? I'm not sure if they carry Apple computers, but if so, you may want to purchase Circuit City gift cards as follows:

through Goldpoints.com, go to giftcertificates.com, then order circuit city certs through them (40 goldpoints per dollar). Goldpoints can be redeemed for a variety of items, and if you're not already a member of Goldpoints, make sure to join through www.radisson.com because they definitely offer a better conversion ratio to American Air miles (and maybe other conversions as well).

You can buy Apple hardware and software at outpost.com - its a mypoints merchant so if you go through mypoints you'll earn points for your purchase (2mypoints per dollar) which you can redeem for Alaska Miles 2.25mypts per mile, Hilton points 1:1, Marriot points 1.5mypts per point. (You can also redeem points for United discounts - you can earn these through e-rewards though, apart from the fact that e-rewards' system doesn't seem to be Mac compatible http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif )

You can also purchase from outpost.com through clickrewards and earn up to 500 clickmiles (a far riskier option given the financial situation but OK if you need miles in another program).

Thumbs up on the Mac purchase. What kind are you buying? ANDREWCX, I have no problem with the Erewards website on my Mac. What browser are you using?

Applefan, I mainly use IE5 on MacOS9.1 (iMacDV+).

Andrew,
you might want to try using Netscape for Erewards. It works great on my old 20th Anniversay Mac.

Applestore provides points convertable to miles in several programs. See Online eTailer Comparison - Frequent Flyer Resources @ AndrewCram.com
