I transferred ClickReward points to my UA
account on 5/19 and they posted today {5/26}. Not bad! |
I signed up and did the Opinion Place survey 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for the points to post so I can change to FF miles. The survey said it would take 5-7 days.
Has anyone got the 750 points and/or Opinion Place survey points credited in the last 10 days ?. |
I have not received opinion place points in my clickrewards accout since may 10th. I know a few others that have not been getting credit either.

I just e-mailed them about 2 surveys taken 5/20 in both my mine wife's accounts usually
they post in a 2 days. Been taking other Opinion place surveys on AOL which are well within the 2 week period if the programs were not separate. Lets hope they are now looking at the two programs together to reduce the number of survey opportunities. Mike |
It appears the link to the TWA 750 points bonus is no longer active. It sometimes produces an error message when accessing it or on other attempts produces an error message after filling in the required information and hitting the "join" button.
Not wanting to be pessimistic here, but am beginning to wonder whether the Memorial Day holiday coincides with "the death" of Clickrewards. I sure hope not ! |
Looks like that promo has ended
|
I just tried the TWA bonus link at 11am eastern time and it worked for me. The TWA bonus is supposed to be valid till the end of June. The redeem and your account pages on the click rewards page are not working right now. Maybe they are finally updating our accounts.

Well it's been 3 weeks since I joined through the TWA bonus link and did the Opinion Place thinggy. Still nothing on my statement.

Finally I am seing some possible resolution to this non-posting of miles. If this goes through, I will indeed be rather confident about this program and its customer service. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have replied to the email I received from Clickrewards requesting the survey date, topic, points etc and will wait and see if I receive them. However, if I have to complete the survey, wait for the points to post and then email then when they dont post to my account each time, then I will give up on Clickrewards. Surely these should post automatically ?. |
My husband and I both have done surveys that didn't post. Its been a couple weeks and I didn't write down the dates. Is there any hope? Yes, these should post automatically and I agree its not worth the effort. The surveys are marginally worthwhile anyway. 15 minutes of my time must surely be worth more than 100 ff miles.

And still it continues .....
In response to my email to Clickrewards giving as much information as I could, I got a "form" email in reply requesting I reply with all the same information. Sigh.... The survey I took was about Pizza and was worth 200 points. Clickrewards now says that the maximum points awarded were 175. If anyone is in a similar situation, email Clickrewards !. The more who complain, the more likely we will be to get the points awarded. ****************************************** We apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused, and thank you for contacting us with your concerns. In response to your inquiry, we are enclosing the Opinion Place promotional information below so that you can review the conditions and determine if your transaction qualified. DownUnder, Glad to see I'm not nuts. I signed up for ClickRewards a long time ago but never used it. A couple of weeks ago I did a very lengthy survey and they had offered me 300 miles. I emailed CR since I haven't received my miles. They asked for all the details and then told me it couldn't have been on CR because their max is 175 miles. Thye also said that I hadn't earned any miles on CR. I know I did it and it was definitely 300 miles.

My wife joined ClickRewards on 5 May (I was already a member). She then took a survey (candy products) for 200 CRs. They posted later that day, along with the 750 miles for joining.
I immediately transferred those points to AA to satisfy one of the partners on the 20/20,000 promotion. They posted on 8 May. [This message has been edited by tovaz (edited 06-01-2001).] |
