Flyfree.org problems
 

Has anyone else had any luck getting through to flyfree.org? I have sent them at least 6 emails regarding point redemption and I cannot get a response. Are they a real organization, or just someone running a website out of their house?

Yeah, they seem to suck. They never gave me all my points, and now I can't get them to transfer my miles to Alaska Air. No responses to my emails. I am not holding my breath on these people. I won't count on ever seeing the miles.

I can see for miles and miles...

Here is the good and the bad about FlyFree. Several weeks ago I submitted travelogues and received 500 miles. It took about five weeks, but the miles were properly transfered to TWA. However, I also submitted 6 more travellogues since then and in the last four weeks I have heard nothing about them and gotten no reply to my two e-mail inquiries.
