Miles for Groceries....
do any of you know of a program similar to this?
I recently came across a site on the web where you could sign up to receive frequent flyer miles with a non-airline for buying groceries and using your frequent grocery shopper or bonus card. The site allowed you to decide where you wanted to shop each week by typing in the grocery bonus card number. Miles were awarded on a 1 mile/$ basis with no particular store restrictions. You could use this at any store that you had enrolled in their frequent buyer program--it was not United. I was signing up when my IE froze and I lost the site completely. |
In Dallas you get American miles at Tom Thumb. You get one mile per dollar. They make reach a certain threshold before awarding. They reset your tally every six months or so.

Randalls and Tom Thumb are the same. Tom Thumb in Dallas is pretty expensive so you pay for the miles one way or another.
