Yahoo Points
 

I obtained the Yahoo Visa because of a 1.9% balance transfer teaser rate. I also received 7700 Yahoo points for this transaction.

I wanted to redeem 7500 of the points for $75 of Supercertificates from GiftCertificates.com, but the Yahoo Points site would not let me.

I cannot find anything on the site that explains why I might not be able to get Supercertificates, so I sent an email to Yahoo Points.

Anyone out there know anything about this, or have a phone number for Yahoo Points ?

You can get a $50 cert for 5000 pts and a $25 cert for 2500 pts. If you cannot order them they may be out of stock right now so retry later.

but I still cannot order a supercert. When I get to the supercert page, my balance shows as 1000, but on the Yahoo Gear page, my balance shows as 8000.

Hmmm...
