Greenpoints "Error"
 

Has anyone else received a "System Error" message when trying to order Delta Certs. from Greenpoints?

I get the "Error" on an account that had a AA cert. returned and credited.

This is one that I had ordered after their "supply ran out", when the partnership ended.

On another account which I had RECEIVED my AA points in time(before they broke off AA partnership) I do not get the "Error" message.

It seems as though, when they couldn't fulfill my order for AA, they credited my account 2500pts and perhaps "Locked" it. I will email them and post their reply.

I was not sure if anyone else has had this happen to them.

I ordered Delta SkyMiles vouchers and did not get an "Error Message".

I got an email today indicating that delta
certificates were on backorder and therefore
delayed.

Uh oh...Battle don't be mad at me...I put in a request for DL certificates a couple of days ago and they shipped yesterday. Maybe I lucked out and got the last of their current DL certificate inventory?

I ordered 2 DL certificates on 10/11 and the system still indicates it as backordered. I submitted another order for 10 certificates on 10/20, and the system indicates in progress.

I guess I'll just wait....

I don't know if anyone is interested.... but if you are and are willing to help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have 8 extra Delta 500 mile vouchers.... If anyone is planning on ordering Delta vouchers from Greenpoints.... perhaps someone would be kind enough to order Alaska Airlines one and trade them for my Delta Greenpoint 500 miles certificates. I'd greatly appreciate it. My vouchers expire in 3/2004. Email me if you are willing to help me. Perhaps Greenpoints isn't out of Alaska certificates and then you can get your Delta ones faster.

Believe it or not ,they say that the Alaska Certs are still back ordered!Probaly because they didn't pay Alasaka Airlines for them. They can't afford to.
