Milesource troubles
 

At the beginning of July, I placed several orders through Milesource.com as I was due triple points per dollar. I had over $400 in purchases and after a week never received my miles. I waited another week and still, no miles. I emailed them and as asked to submit my confirmations. I did, and still no miles. I repeated this procedure and still no miles. Yesterday I sent an e-mail after eight weeks only to be told that the merchandts were contacted and my purchases were not made from milesource.com. How could that be? I have several email addresses per site that I shop from. Had I known that this were to happend, I would have shopped from clickrewards.com or some other site. This is disappointing because so much has been lost. During the time that I was waiting, I made another purchase through milesource.com with another account and I have yet to get those miles either. What is the deal with milesouce.com? Anyone else have any problems with them?
