Invite rewards are paid in the AVA token (value of 50 USD) directly to your invitees Travala.com wallet.
AVA token can be send to binance.com (global cryptocurrency exchange platform), and there it can be sold/echange on USD.

It's not true. How much you can loose, because of commissions? Around ~10%, maybe ~15%. Let's even asume it will be 20%. Still you are 40$ rewarded. It's very good deal.
Anyway. You don't need to exchange it, and sell it. You can use it for your next hotel booking too. You have hotel stay worths 50$ for free.
