Restaurants Plus is a new dining program from Living Social. They are currently only available in:

Atlanta
Los Angeles
San Diego
San Francisco
Washington, D.C

They pay up to 30% cashback when you use your linked credit card. Currently, they are offering $20 when you sign up under someone's referral link. The referrer also gets $20.
