How do you sign up to refer family and friends? I can't find it

I'd like to book a Park 'N Fly at an Orlando Airport hotel. There are several with this rate (only an extra $7 for a week of car park and an airport shuttle). If I want to book through Kaligo, can I upgrade at the hotel for the parking?

Kaligo regrets to give the miles by such way. They change their referral rule suddenly.

Datapoint: Interestingly my Kaligo reservation is showing as Orbitz at hotel. I called to confirm by phone and that's what they told me.

Has anyone seen their miles post to UA? I reserved in May via promo, stayed Jun 9-13. Just curious if anyone has seen miles post.

UPDATE: my 11k miles posted a few days ago. I got an email from Kaligo to this effect, too.

my 3100 MP for a $50/all in 1 night stay at the Knights Inn Hobby Airport in early Jul posted within 72 hours.

the remaining 2100 2100 and 2100 one night stays in thailand completed mid September are yet to post, but tos says 6-9 weeks so whatevz.
