Do not buy Nova or Avanquest products unless you wish to get shafted on the rebate(s). These two companies are among the worst when it comes to fulfilling rebates. AVOID! :mad::mad::mad:

I've never had trouble with them. Nuance takes a kick in the pants occasionally though.

I second this. They will lie to you to not honor your rebates. It took complaints to the California attorney general to get them to send me my rebates.
