Snap a picture of the receipt in the App and get cash back. Easy and simple. Payout can be requested by check once $20 is accumulated. The referral pays out $1.

Hm. A google search shows that the responsible parties have sure blanketed the business media about Snap. And word-of-mouth-marketing such as this thread will help it along. I'd never heard of the company (Snap) before I saw this thread. But I thought I'd heard of SNAP before...
