Conga: Topcashback

Hi, they have been on UK market for a number of years and now also serve US customers. Topcashback gives $5 for each referral and their cashbacks are consistently on the higher end of competition. Lets start a conga for this site:

Site has some good payouts on gift cards buying and selling!

Check and see mikeef member number, which is lower than kipper. By the logic of conga, a lower member number means you had signed up before kipper and you are an existing member already.

Nobody can refer any existing member and receive their due referral credit, even when said member used a referral link. That's the only reasonable explanation to why kipper doesn't see any referral credit in her account.

It appears that for whatever reason, the referral was not received, so you may not join the conga until you use (and the person receives credit for) a referral.
