I tried the OP's link and it didn't work.
However, you can go to http://www.naturesbounty.com/ and click the free pedometer link on it's frontpage. No problem all the way.

It is strange that the address in the OP's link is 100% same as what you get on the website, but I just couldn't get there directly from the OP's link.

Thanks for the workaround. The form wouldn't accept my submission unless I selected a title for myself. Just call me Dr. Jeeves for the rest of the day. :p

Mine finally arrived today.
It's a small pedometer, but it works - and was at no charge.
