Not sure which fare to purchase

Looking at Ryanair for a flight from Marrakesh to Seville and then another one Seville to Porto. What fare should I select if I want a checked bag? Looking at the breakdown I see there is a regular fare and a plus fare. The regular fare is more expensive. The chart seems to suggest that the plus fare is the one with the checked bag though and the regular allows you to carry on a 10kg bag but no checking of a bag? My partner's bag will need to be checked. Mine is a standard Away carryon, so I don't know if that would work or not with Ryanair.

Will you be stopping over in Seville, or are you just connecting there?

Its going to be two separate bookings, because we will spend a night in seville and leave the following evening.

You select the cheapest basic fare and then add checked luggage (1 pcs?) and "Priority & 2 cabin bags" because you have a carry-on. Adding it when making the booking is cheaper than doing it afterwards online or at the airport.

Would it be easier to just buy two plus tickets up front or just buy basic tickets and add in features?

You essentially have to price up what you need and work out in a bundled fare option is cheaper

note with Ryanair you cannot expect any kind of discretion if you are over on weight or size

Sure it would be easier, but as suggested above you make a dummy booking and add the features you need to see if it makes more sense to buy a basic fare with the items you need; mostly is does.

It amounts to be able the same between the package or if I add everything together on my own. I'm trying to buy a ticket from morocco to Spain. It is trying to get me to let them do the exchange rate. I don't want to do that. However they offer no option to pay in the currency of the origin airport MAD. I'm paying with a US credit card. The price to the side is showing in US dollars. Do I just pay in US dollars? I want my credit card company to handle the exchange not ryanair.

Change the country from US to UK, and it will then show you the price in Dirhams.
