That is standard policy for the airline to refund to the OTA and then the OTA refund to you/the pax (strictly speaking the airline do not know how much you paid to eDream, hence the refund may too little compared to what you should get from eDreams). Just do a charge back with eDreams if eDreams fail to refund the amount.

Like I said, once for a 5+ hour delay whereby I voluntarily abandoned the trip, Customer Services did agree to a bank transfer, so I got paid twice what I originally paid eDreams. Guess the Fraud Department is a bit more meticulous, but not a huge deal since the price difference was less than it usually is.
