Ryanair seat change not processing
I selected and paid for a seat at time of booking. I now want to change that seat but can't get it to work. On the website it just says I've already chosen seats so no option to chose again (greyed out). On the app it seems to offer the opportunity but the new selection doesn't stick, and doesn't tell me. I only see if I go back in later. Any workarounds or suggestions?

Maybe just stick to the seat that you selected when making the booking?

Maybe not as I paid for a particular category and would like to sit there.
I've now made the change via live chat but would still appreciate any (sensible) replies as to how to solve the issue in case it should occur again for me or anyone else. |
