Row 13 Allocated
 
I was originally allocated Exit Row on Row 13 for a flight from Cork to Palma. It never really hit me that I had got 13 even though I was aware that they dont offer it.

It now comes to check in and I realise I have no seats even though I had two exit row seats booked.

Total and utter mess now trying to deal with Ryanair.

Was this booked directly with Ryanair?

You should be able to open up the seat map and change your seat either using the Ryanair App or on Ryanair.com.

Yes it was. Not much good when the seats you wanted are gone.

I’m lost, why then are you “trying to deal” with Ryanair? Are you able to access the seat map and allocate seating?
