No power, such an error appears less than a minute after the application starts using it. How to solve the problem, reinstalling, changing the phone, changing the IP does not help :(

Hi GLOOMER , I don’t follow what the issue is. Would you please clarify what you are trying to do and on which platform.

Thanks for coming back GLOOMER , I’m an iOS user so can’t assist on this one. The iPhone version of the App is working OK for me, hopefully some of our Android users will offer some feedback for you.

Seems ok for me. Android. Maybe try uninstall and start again ?
