Ryanair - adding baggage after OLCI?
 

I know that you can add a bag at the airport after having OLCI'd, albeit at daylight robberies prices. But can you add a bag at the lower online price after having OLCI'd?
Post #3 in this thread suggests that you cannot but the T&Cs quoted there have changed somewhat and now say:"No further changes can be made to passenger names, flight date/times/route once a passenger has checked in online". Note, in particular, the absence of a reference to changes in baggage. So: what give?

It' s RiotAir, they will do whatever they feel like.

This page - http://ryanair.com/en/questions/table-of-fees - says online changes can be made online up to 4 hours before flight departure even after OLCI. See asterisked note at the foot.
