A friend of mine needs to travel to Bugulma, Tatarstan (UUA). The route is served from Moscow by Bugulma Air Enterprise once/day, on a Yak-40. Does anyone have any information on how to check availability or fares for these flights, short of calling a Moscow-based travel agent? None of the standard websites, or the Russian websites Unifest Travel, avantix.ru and tutu.ru, show this information.

You would need a Russia-based TA with Sirena GDS access for this. The system is showing 1 R/T fare for MOW-UUA at 6000 RUB.
