Could you tell me the best option for a transfer from KBP to hotel in center Kiev ?

Public transportation ?

Airport Taxi ?

Hotel car ?

Thanks in advance

Kiev is in Ukraine, not Russia :p

There is an airport bus that will take you to the train station downtown. From there you can take the Metro. Some details can be found here. The bus was rather comfortable when I took it. It is also very inexpensive. A taxi will cost considerably more, and most taxi drivers do not speak English. Your hotel can also arrange the transfer, but that will likely cost $50 or so.

You can haggle with a taxi driver at the airport. Start at 100 UAH ($20), but don't go higher than 150 UAH ($30).

I never understood why people think Ukraine has anything to do with Russia.

Its about as close as China and Japan.

Buses and Marshrutkas (mini-buses) leave from just outside the airport whenever they get full. They cost 20 UAH ($5-6) to metro station Kharkivska or 25 UAH ($7-8) to the train station (vokzal) downtown. They are convenient, easy and you don't hardly need to know any English to use them. Just get in, pay and sit down.

Taxis are far more expensive, but they'll take you where you want to go, obviously.

No train or metro to airport, unfortunately.

Kiev is a wonderful city. I was just there a couple weeks ago. Have a great time!

Not necessarily true, there are a lot of commonalities, and the two countries are closer than China and Japan.

OP -- here's the bus schedule:
