Short Term Flat for Rent in Moscow?
 

I was thinking about renting a flat for a week for an upcoming stay in Moscow this April. Has anyone used some agency for it? some suggestion? Had a good experience? You had to register?

I have used Intermark (http://www.intermarksa.ru) on three occasions, with very satisfactory results. The first time was for a month, when I was relocating to Moscow and seeking longer-term accommodation, and the last two were for several days each during repairs to my apartment. Two of the three apartments were actually pleasant, and the third was acceptable, if a bit bland (though the building was also Brezhnev block construction, which readily lends itself to lack of character). All were well-maintained, clean and in excellent locations. They can register a visa for an additional charge. Payment is by credit card of cash.

I heard good things about them too but this time they are not answering me! Don't get why...maybe cause I'm looking for a flat in a exhibition period and everything might be already booked...but at least they could answer!

thursday/friday were holidays in Russia. that may be why.
