Well, barring an immediate outbreak of "Taiwan SMO" - I'd expect a Chinese airline to be the first.
Chinese airlines are apparently raking it in because they aren't blocked from Russian airspace like G7 airlines are: https://www.yahoo.com/now/airlines-c...100138577.html
Turkish airlines is also raking it in - people trying to get to Russia from the US without a "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" scenario are going via Istanbul. Those flights are crazy expensive and also full. That said, Turkish Airlines/Turkey isn't missing any tricks with their "free tour of Istanbul" and "up to 2 free nights of hotel" for people transiting IST.

I was absolutely serious.
An aircraft approaching Russia's borders would most definitely not be an act of war. An aircraft crossing Russia's borders might be an act of war (assuming it was done intentionally).

The US has admitted to flying hundreds of "radar spotlighting" missions against the Soviet Union - flights which were either very close or over the "border". The purpose is to identify locations of radars - and this is entirely an offensive type of activity.
As for the writeup: it is decent but a paraphrasing (and some significant hagiography).
I read an interview of the actual Serb commander of the battery that shot down the F117 - it boiled down to: I knew what was going to be attacked and I knew how the attacking plane would come in. So I set up and was ready.
