Applying for 1st Russian Visa but have Russian Exit stamp in passport

UK passport holder and I am about to apply for a single Russian business visa.

I have never had a Russian visa before, but have an exit stamp from Russia.

This was due to a flight I was on diverting to Irkutsk in 2014 whilst on its way to Beijing. We were disembarked, taken to a hotel overnight and departed the following day. Upon entry passports were inspected but not stamped, when exiting passports were stamped.

I know its unlikely others on FT will have experienced anything similar when applying for the visa, but would there be some collective thoughts on what may happen to the application? I am thinking of adding an additional document to cover this event.
