For a russian citizen, how much does it cost to replace a 2-year american visa?

$140 for the application and a one year visa, plus $100 to get the second year.

What do you mean by replace? You lost your visa?

I would begin here. Replace Visa It doesn't give the cost, but states you must deal with the Embassy or Consulate abroad that gave you the visa.

Has your passport survived the wash? Otherwise you'll need to add another $100 to get your Russian paper re-issued.
