Is there a porter service at DME arrivals?
 

Mrs and little one coming on their own in two weeks time from SIN- it might be difficult for her to handle the two year old on a baby stroller and two bags on a trolley. I have seen porters at DME arrivals, can they be pre-booked or do you just go and hunt for someone available (assuming they are there)? The hassle is only to get the bags from the belt past customs, after which they will be taken care of by her driver.
