Aereoflot lost our luggage!
Hi all,
Today Aeroflot lost our luggage. The flights taken where SU 1941 (ALA-SVO) and SU 2548 (SVO-LHR). We were given a tracking number and some rude answers. Any ideas on how to best deal with this? Are we due any compensation?

- was it your journey back to home ?
- in your case , the montreal/warsaw convention (dont remember which one) apply , and after a number of days if they dont find your luggage you will receive compensation
You did what should be done , so go to worldtracer , update your profile with all informations (mobile phone number and delivery address)
Then wait for your luggage and check worldtracer once a day
