bad service on the ground, normal?
I flew OVB-SVO-AMS last friday on aeroflot in business. I noticed a huge difference between service on the ground, which is almost non-existent, and service in the air.
Was especially surprised at OVB that the girl behind the business class checkin spoke no english at all. Is that normal? Also lounges at SVO were all terribly overcrowded and not very clean. When compared with the KLM lounges at Schiphol it makes KLM look like a 5 star hotel. Was I just unlucky with the friday evening rush hour at SVO? |
That's normal at Aeroflot. They are great at getting out feet back to the ground, literally and figuratively. Welcome to the club. |
Bit of a shame since they do a pretty impressive short haul business class.
