Aeroflot Strips Critics of Status and Miles
Awhile ago Aeroflot started going after unruly passangers by threatening to strip them of their status and miles. I loved the move. Well, now the airline seems to go after those who criticize it publicly. A journalist was stripped of his miles and platinum status for basically questioning the airline's top manager's mental state on Twitter. Apparently Aeroflot has it in fine print that passengers shouldn't tarnish the company's business image. Source in Russian:
