Aeroflot flights with other partners
I have both membership rewards and Ultimate rewards, trying to figure out best way to redeem miles for Aeroflot flights from JFK to TLV. I also have 70K on Delta, but it looks like surcharges are quite high for the mile redemption there. Any advice?

If you can convert into Aeroflot bonus miles, the best value is to buy a Flex fair with cash. Then upgrade to business using miles. You can decide to upgrade by sector, for example only between New York and Moscow.
